Hey guys! I'm so happy and tired today because it was my first day at Black and White Waiters.
This company was founded in 2009 and "is a boutique hospitality agency that specializes in providing a specific profile of waiting and bar personnel for the luxury private and corporate event market".
We had to serve lunch in 22 minutes to 1200 people at the Dockside Pavillion located at Darling Harbour in Sydney and we manage to make it on time! I'm so proud about the team and myself because I handled everything with confidence and a smile.
We looked really smart, cool and elegant in our bow tie and suspenders uniform.
